Job Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the end‑to‑end supply chain processes for Pick n Pay’s Marondera store network. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the analyst will analyze inventory data, forecast demand, and collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless product flow. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze historical sales and inventory data to develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Monitor stock levels across all product categories and recommend replenishment actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate lead times, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks to improve order fulfillment rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Support the implementation of inventory management systems and automation tools.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis on stock discrepancies and propose corrective measures.
- Assist in developing cost‑saving initiatives and efficiency projects.
Required Skills

Salary
