Job Overview

The Renewable Energy Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of solar and wind projects in the Masvingo area. Reporting to the Project Manager, the coordinator will act as a liaison between engineering teams, local authorities, contractors, and community stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for solar and wind installations.
• Coordinate with local government agencies to secure permits, land use agreements, and environmental clearances.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and compliance records.
• Monitor project milestones, track performance indicators, and flag potential risks to the Project Manager.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement, construction, and finance teams.
• Organize site visits, stakeholder meetings, and community outreach events.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and external partners.
• Support the procurement process by reviewing vendor proposals and ensuring alignment with project specifications.
