Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise complex aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on integrated avionics, hydraulic, and propulsion systems.
- Oversee the inspection of airframe structures for fatigue, corrosion, and damage.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to FAA, EASA, and local Liberian aviation regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior engineers and certified technicians.
- Review and approve technical documentation, including logbooks, inspection reports, and maintenance manuals.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure the availability of certified parts and consumables.
- Implement continuous improvement protocols to enhance workshop efficiency and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of aircraft systems (avionics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and engines).

Education

Proven experience in a senior or supervisory role within an MRO environment is highly preferred. Salary
