Job Overview
The Senior Logistics Fleet Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the large-scale movement of freight and the management of our heavy-duty vehicle assets. This position is vital for ensuring that our logistics network operates at peak efficiency while maintaining the highest safety standards. You will be responsible for strategic planning, driver management, and the implementation of advanced telematics to monitor fleet performance. Education
A Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates with advanced certifications in Fleet Management or Operations Research will be given preference.
Experience
A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing large fleets. Proven track record of optimizing operational costs and improving fleet efficiency is essential. Experience working within the African logistics sector is highly desirable.
Salary
