Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Human Capital Strategist to join our growing advisory team in Paynesville. This role is critical in helping our clients transform their organizational structures, enhance employee engagement, and implement robust talent development frameworks. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to solve complex people-related challenges. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct deep-dive organizational health assessments and cultural audits for diverse clients.
- Design and oversee the implementation of large-scale change management programs during mergers or restructuring.
- Analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights on turnover, engagement, and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR technology solutions into client operations.
- Stay abreast of global trends in human capital to provide cutting-edge advice to local enterprises.

Education

Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human capital consulting, organizational development, or strategic HR leadership. Salary
The offered salary for this position is between 450,000 SSP and 750,000 SSP per annum, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and expertise. This package is commensurate with the high level of responsibility and specialized skill set required for this senior-level advisory role.
