Job Overview
We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our production facility in Vayla. This role is critical to our manufacturing success, ensuring that every batch of beverage produced adheres to strict international food safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring production processes, conducting rigorous testing, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to maintain our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control protocols for beverage production lines.
- Conduct regular laboratory testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
- Monitor production parameters to ensure compliance with international food safety standards (ISO/HACCP).
- Lead root cause analysis for any deviations in product quality and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure all testing instruments are calibrated.
- Prepare detailed quality reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee the implementation of new quality management systems and digital monitoring tools.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of food safety management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
- Strong technical understanding of chemical and biological testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to manage complex documentation and regulatory compliance files.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or a related technical field is mandatory. Advanced certifications in Quality Management or Food Safety are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a large-scale manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or beverage sector.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise.
