Job Overview

The Digital Heritage Storyteller will create compelling digital narratives that highlight Zimbabwe’s cultural heritage, blending traditional knowledge with modern multimedia techniques. This role bridges the gap between historical preservation and contemporary digital platforms, ensuring cultural stories are preserved, shared, and celebrated globally. Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital content (videos, virtual tours, and podcasts) to showcase cultural heritage sites and artifacts.
• Collaborate with historians, curators, and local communities to gather authentic stories and oral histories.
• Utilize multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling software) to produce high-quality digital assets.
• Design educational campaigns and social media strategies to promote heritage awareness.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects to integrate digital storytelling into museum exhibitions.

Required Skills

• Expertise in digital storytelling, video production, and audio editing.
• Proficiency in cultural heritage documentation and preservation techniques.

Education
